Blue Sun is travelling horizontally, hiding behind the volcano every single night. It gives all the shadows their own life.  So they don't follow the rules, bellicosely. They can be older, independently walk around the scene, or be disobedient to the object. Having an older shadow than he is now, Young Deer watches Blue Sun thoughtfully. 
Red Cats accompany him, they were born on these living trees with a circulatory system. The subtle door on the left makes an entrance to the next world.
